Sore on labia majora! What is it?

the other day i noticed this bump on my outer labia that i kind of picked at because i thought it may have been an ingrown hair even though i dont shave. i ended up breaking the skin and there was no air but instead these little white spots/bumps. it didnt bleed either. when i looked really closely it really makes me nervous and i cant find any similar pictures. please help! also, i have not been sexually active since october 2022.imageimage
