about a month or two ago, a lump appeared on my Penis alongside a large white head that was almost directly atop it, after popping it a large sore appeared, my girlfriend got tested and came up negative for any STD's. image

looks like an infection. like a pimple/small boil, avoid Sex/Masturbation, let it heal, it should scab over then dry out leaving dry flaky skin
it could came back with another head as well, don't keep squeezing it. let it settle down
avoid using soaps
