)sore first appeared in january but went away within 2-3 weeks . now has re appeared multiple sores. very low pain , no liquid discharge or itchingplease help!!!

You've given a good account of the likely diagnosis, which is genital herpes (Google). Try to see your doctor for some aciclovir meds and get checked for other STDs. Alert your partner likewise.

yes those are indeed herpes sores
