Sore pain in my throat when i talk or swallow

Today my throat feels sore, if I talk it's like my voice breaks and my throat hurts, also when swallowing water.

I have a bad habit of constantly having to clear my throat, sinus and ear problems which I had nasal sprays for , and sometimes get acid reflux flare ups. I can't feel acid coming up but its there sometimes.

Is it something I should be concerned about?

Before since college now 29, I have never been able to shout loud, scream and sing, it would cause my throat to tickle.

Which is why I kinda get anxious about sensations in my throat.
