Sore scalp for nearly a month

for the past month ive been dealing with a really sore scalp, done a bit of googling and leaning towards contact dermatitis, but not sure. i was using sudocrem to try and help but think its making it worse. i used a new shampoo with contained olive oil and this is the only new thing ive done. so again thought maybe i was allergic to something in the shampoo. there are what feels like small blisters, that are so painful and finding it hard to sleep, because the patch is on an area that has movement if that makes sense. im currently in turkey so trying not to go to a doctor if there is anything i can do.image

any help or advice is greatly appreciated
