Sore & Shiny Vulva & Weird Lumps

Does anyone know why my vulva (hope that's the right part) is shiny and red? It feels really sore but I don't have any discharge or bleeding at all. I don't have a UTI even though it burns down there!

Also, what are the little lumps and bumps in the entrance to my vagina? Had wondered if they were Bartholian Cysts or something.

It's really hurting, all the time even when I take painkiller. I spoke to my GP but she didn't actually see me physically and she guessed it might be due to my Chronic Pelvic Pains but I'm not sure.

Have been with the same guy for almost 4 years and started using condoms a couple months ago when I came off the pill.

Just want some reassuring and some advice on how to manage the pain more than anything really, although if someone is able to tell me what's going on then obviously that would be ideal!

Thanks x

    Everything looks normal so far...

You should go to a gynocologist, there are so many causes for dyspareunia...

    Best regards

So I have the chronic pain from when I had PID which was diagnosed Feb 2017.

The sore bit in the pics feels like it has been worn away and feels raw and is different colours. Had wondered if it was Vulvadoniya or something like that?
