Sore tender labia, anxiety help. What is it?

I have had a sore point on my inner labia on the left-hand side. (that side hangs a little bit lower than the other anyway) but it started after sex one night. I have had it previously but not as consistent as this. I've had like a slight little paper cut type thing there before and also my ex-husband kindly gave me genital herpes so I get it that side if I do get it. It's sometimes sore after sex but then it normally disappears but this time it has been 4 weeks on and off varying degrees. I've been to the doctors twice and had swabs taken and all ok. being using aqueous cream to wash with and then epimax after. I have now contacted Bupa my Private Healthcare who has referred me to a consultant but no consultants are working until September and just been told by the doctors that it might be longer than that if I go NHS route.

I'm now in a massive panic with anxiety. Any advise pls. Pic below. image
