Sore Thorat & Hard To Breathe

For the last two days I’ve had a sore throat which has been present with side pain on my left abdomen. My throat is sore and I keep choking on my own saliva and it feels like liquid is trapped in my chest. My chest is a little sore and sometimes it feels like there’s liquid moving around in it. My throat also gets really dry fast despite drinking water. It kinda feels like there’s mucus or something in my chest, idk. Anyone know what this could be? I haven’t seen a doctor yet.
