Sore throat and ear pain still after antibiotics

Hello so I have a chronic sinus and allergies I been on antibiotics on and off for almost 2 years also use spray and allergies medication I was doing fine but since a month ago I been having a lot pain in my face throat under eyes ears headache neck  sad  I went to the doctor and he prescribed me the same antibiotics he always do azithromicyn it used to work really good before but this time didn’t work at all sad I m still suffering I went back and told him and he said the sinus is on my throat sad I been having headache eye throat ear and neck pain for a month ;( why didn’t azithromicyn work? It used to work good before now he prescribed me a cefuroxime I m crossing my finger that this work living with this symptoms sucksad  I been dealing with chronic sinus for almost 2 years sad
