Sore throat anxiety?

Does anyone else suffer from a constant sore throat can this be anxiety? I’ve had it 6-7 months and my doctor tells me it’s fine...

I get a lot of neck tightness and pain also.

It seems to be in the arvo and night more so.

My ears also feel sore with the throat it’s about half way down it’s not like a normal sore throat it’s weird but really getting to me now.

THis is a classic anxiety symptom. The neck tightness freaked me out at first but now it’s the least of my worries. I get a Sore throat but it kind of feels like my throat is bruised, hard to explain. If the doctor said it’s fine and you have no other alarming symptoms that he noticed than there’s nothing to worry about, most likely it’s anxiety or just a dietary thing. Eat healthy for a couple weeks and see if it changes.

Could you be sleeping with your mouth open, or snoring, If the throat is dry, you may find you have a sore throat  when waking. Sometimes may you be sleeping in a bad position and your Head and neck are to low or high that could be causing pain in your neck, or even stiffness. Sometimes if the pillows are not comfortable that will cause pain when you wake. I know some people do not have a rise and recline bed this can been a good investment where you can rise your legs to help circulation and support the neck. It can be an expensive cure

Is the tightness in your throat like a lump feeling or just the neck?
