Sore throat, dry mouth & eyes, cough

I had Covid end December 2021, somewhat recovered but ive had a cough ever since (its now mid-August 2022) and i still cough up phlegm daily.

since April ive had a sore throat which sometimes feels better for a week or two but always comes back. feel like i have a lump in my throat.

even more annoying is the sensation that i am breathing in fur. my throat & oesophagus feel furry. my mouth is constantly dry no matter how much water i drink. it often feels furry too.

my eyes are dry & itchy and often stinging and sore. my nose is so itchy inside that i have to scratch it- so it looks like im picking my nose.

been tested for the following and all are negative: GERD / acid reflux, diabetes, sjogrens syndrome. Chlamydia, gonorrhea.

had a chest xray- nothing showed up.

saw an ENT specialist. he suspected it was sinusitis and put me on antibiotics (4 courses this year, no success) and steroids.

the dry mouth and furry sensation are doing my head in. i get no relief. nothing soothes my sore throat- lozenges, antiseptic numbing throat spray, paracetamol, aspirin, ibuprofen- nothing works. finally got some relief when i drank Lemsip- a hot lemon drink with 1000mg of paracetamol. well now not even that is helping. in constant pain, discomfort and irritation and nothing provides relief.

so desperate for answers. if i cant get answers, ill settle for tips on symptom/pain relief. can anyone help, please??
