Sore throat for the past week no end in sight

Recently I had a moment where I was lay in bed and started shaking. Went to a neuro and he dismissed it as a panic attack. After that I had moments where I suddenly had to go to the toilet and felt like I needed to puke afterwards but nothing came. The doctor diagnosed me with acid reflux/silent reflux and I have had blood and stool tests all come back negative.

Now I've had a sore throat for the past week and I don't know if its because of this acid reflux event. It's also felt like I've had a lump stuck near the top of my throat. Sometimes when I swallow my throat sort of creaks. It do not feel extreme pain when I swallow drinks or food quite the opposite with food. Exercise sort of helps and I mainly feel this way when I sit down. My breathing is fine but this sore throat is really irritating and I just want it to be over.
