Sore throat led to found lump

Hi

As above I presented with a sore throat looked myself and found what looks like a lump. I went to the doctors and explained the situation but the doctor could not see it. I went back this morning and saw a different doctor who again could not see it. But I think they are not looking far enough back

I also suffer from clinical anxiety so as you can imagine no real answer is the worst possible thing for me. I have managed to capture images which I will now post
