ive had a sore throat for about a week but tonight its gotten way worse. i woke up at 4 am not able to swallow with out so much pain. i cant afford a doctor unless its urgent, does it look like strep???

ive had strep 3 times and it never looked like this. Strep throat causes white spots on your tonsils and also cause them to inflame, but I dont see that on you. I'd go see a doctor if you still have the sore throat
