ive had a sore throat for about 2/3 days now. was coughing up a lot of phlegm, but i checked my throat today and i have a couple bumps at the back of it and also it is pretty red and blotchy. attached is a picture. does this look like a common cold? and why does my tounge always get coated in this white stuff
