Sore TONSIL!!!!

so starting on nov 4th i noticed my lymph node on the left side of my neck was swollen due to a slight pain to turn my head. i went to look at my tonsil which i had no pain from to see if it had anything on it. in which it did so i went to work and developed cold and hot flashes and had a temp of 102.3 ... so i went home and went to the urgent care the mext day in which i tested for strep and flu and they both cane back negative. so i was prescribed antibiotics and a small steroid to help fight it off. after taking the meds i lost all side effects and was just left with a swollen tonsil and lymph node. i popped one of the stones out of my tonsil and had instant relief of the slight pain i was having. the next day it came back a little worse and now it hurts to swallow. on a pain scale its like 6/10. but i currently was prescribed a new antibiotic and the tonsil has not been showing much improvement at all if any. i have a video if someone knows what it may be. thank you for your time and knowledge
