With any penetration in sex I'm left is extreme pain. What could this be?

    Hi I have had this for 3 years now,l m not saying it's this I have  the same ,and I have been diagnosed with volvodynia ,it's where it's burning and like some one knifeing me all the time ,intercorse is out  just cuddle up..good luck Pauline
