Soreness around Clitoris. Plz HELP

I have extreme soreness around my clitoris for a couple of days without any discharge or any visible abnormalities. I am around ovulation in my cycle. It is extremely limiting and painful. Did someone have anything similar?

I ve had a similar episode last year around the same time and went through hell with no diagnosis and somehow it went away and now it is back and I dont wanna go through being told there is nothing.
