soreness/pain on part of labia minora

Several days before I had a little bump on my labia minora,vulvar region, and after one day somehow I squeezed it thinking is a very painful pimple, it was pretty hard and had very liquid inside, was a little reddish but yesterday the sore was somehow worse and now the aspect is not bumpy any more, it is stretched on the labia area for 0.5 cm and still red and painful. When I put hand I hardly feel it on the surface of labia but I feel the soreness part and is pretty disturbing not knowing what can this be.
Six months ago I found from tests I had ureaplasma urealiytcum and took two different types of antibiotics as doctor said. I had some irritations near vagina then and some dryness probably due to my lower estrogen I have from a period of time (I am 41 years now)! I took smear test, PAP and HPV and everything was perfect except this ureaplasma, was no candida, no STD, no other diseases and doctor said is ok at that moment. 
What do you suggest it is, seems somehow dangerous like cancer or what can this be and when should is heal and disappear? Thank you very much for your answer.
