sores around vagina? related to my chronic aphthous ulcers?

hi all,

i recently developed these painful, ulcer-like lesions in and near my vaginal opening and on my labia. i am in so much pain i can hardly stand it! i have recently started having regular sex but we use a condom every time. he is my first sexual partner and i am his. these did not start out as blisters but instead developed as these sores. could they be popping up as a result of friction down there/ connection to my mouth sores??? please help me!!!image
