hello, ive been extremely worried about these mysterious sores that have appeared on my inner thighs. any insight would be greatly appreciated !

Since the photo has been removed, it is hard to make a guess. But lesions on the inner thighs are usually caused by mycosis or some kind of fungus.
The best thing to do is to see a dermatologist.
