SORES ON MY VAGINA

On Saturday night I had quickly jumped into the shower to shave, I didn't use shaving cream and It only took me five minutes... I rushed so I could go do it with my boyfriend. Sunday night I started feeling pain on my vagina and I looked down and found sores right where I shaved. It's very painful to walk and I was prescribed antibiotics. I Wait to hear back from my doctor on Monday to find out what it is. What do you guys think it might be??? They look like little white circles and they aren't bump with fluid in them.
