Sores on vagina...What could it be?

Hello all,

A few days ago I noticed my labia was a little sore. I thought it might just be from friction or something, but fast forward to now, the pain is still there and I finally took some pictures of it and noticed these little sores. It's painful to touch, sometimes painful when walking, and sometimes painful when I pee. Just looking at these pictures worries me so I plan on going to see a doctor tomorrow to find out what it is, but also wanted the extra opinions on it.imageimage
