Sores turning brown/dark

The sores on my body have become dark and dry. What stage is this? My Pr thankfully never itched so I cannot decide. Also at this stage what are the best things i can do?

    Some of mine on my legs are the same..ive just been moisturising them often...I thought it was just the last stage of healing as the rest of my body is clear now just the few on my legs to go x

      I havent tried anything like that..mine seem to calm down when i took Fluconazole 50mg for 9 days...but i dont know if was naturally healing anyway?? Ive also been taking multivitamins and vitamin c drinks daily..to boost up my immune system x
