I need help. A big dose of it.


Even with all the water, fruit, veg, Im finding I am just not erm... shifting.

Is it ok to take Fybogel with Orlistat? Has anyone had the same problem?

    Dawn i would suggest the erm...glycerin suppositories that way yopu not putting anymore crap pardon the pun into your body. Fybogel states on the back not to be used in conjunction with any medicines that cause constipation hence why i bought it and never used it. Everyone will get constipated on these have you thought about eating something that would actually give you the runs? apart from that i would suggest the horse pellets LOL

    I've been getting that as well half a bag of prunes got me moving .

      Well still nothing Happy Chick, So tonight I took matters into my own hands and tried a fatty meal compared to what I have been eating... and waited, relying on Orlistat to work.... and I waited and Im still waiting, without so much as a grumbling.... I will keep you posted!neutral

      Oh you poor thing , nothing worse than being bunged up.

      As I said I eat half a pack of prunes to help things along .

      Omg the wind dawn ,been band from sitting in the lounged ha ha to bad for me.
