Sounds like laryngitis but unsure

Hi guys. I've had laryn/pharyn (idk which) before a few times where I've lost my voice, doc said it was that.

2 days ago I suddenly came down with chills, headache, neckache, loss of appetite, tiredness, chest pains, sore throat. The next day (yesterday) I lost my voice completely. The chills are still here today (2 days later) ibuprofen helps a little but still have a weird body temperature feeling and cold chills. Today my voice is still gone but I'm coughing a lot more without it hurting. It feels chesty. Not sure whether to call my doctor as it's been a few days and is no better..
