I drink soy milk Lee and take soy isoflavone tablets but it doesn't make any difference to me. My consultant said that soy products only contain very weak oestrogen so I wouldn't rely on using this.

Your definitely going down a similar path I've been drinking soy for about a year. As I suddenly got an intolerance to milk out of the blue. As I'm taking do much other stuff I can't tell if it's helpful :-)

Yes difficult to tell when you are taking other things Tracy. Unfortunately the only product that seems to workfor me is HRT cream and I don't want to stay on that too long. Am thinking of giving lubricants and moisturisers a go but can't imagine they'll be as effective.

Moisturisers have their place as an aide but I don't think they solve the underlying condition :-(

Unfortunately I think you're right but I suppose it's worth a go for a short time to see what happens. I expect the only real lasting help will come from HRT but I'm loathe to stay on it very long.
