Spasams newly causing hours of suffering

I've had achalasia for years and the HM 3 years ago. Spasams are my worst enemy. Lately, following a spasam, I am so bloated in my stomach and feel just sick for like 6 hours or more. This happens with each spasam lately. I cannot burp, haven't been able to for many years. I wonder if this is part of the issue. What do you all do for this? Why am I so sick immediately after a spasam and for so long? Thanks for your input.

Have you tried a anti gas chews . make sure not to drink from straws and dont glup while swallowing. I put my fluid in my mouth and let it slowly go down , when having spams attacks at anything I put I'm me. Also have you tried medical cannibis? I find certain strains help my spams . good luck! 😊

I work in the medical field and cannot use cannibis. I will have to look for anti gas chews. I live in the US so I will see what we have. Thank you for the hints!!!

My doctor said he does this survey about once a week . People come from all over to have him do his procedure. Good luck !😊

I, too have spasms and rarely burp which causes a lot of pain and bloating at times. However, I don't drink much when eating and find that sometimes helps.
