Spasm in eye

been experiencing spasms in one eye above eyelid, not the eyelid itself but the eye cover I'd guess. they happen irregularly. for a few days now .not painful.

These are common and are usually due to either being over tired or extremely stressed about something or both.Try getting a few early nights. They are usually short lived.
If these get worse or are interfering with your life then you need to see a doctor.

thanks marina. think early nights could be a good idea. I wonder what doctor could do for it and would he start pulling at my eye as usual. bit squeamish when it comes to that. cheers kevin.

Forgot to say that drinking a lot of caffeine loaded drinks can also start them off.

Hi marina. spasms have eased off considerably so hoping it might stop altogether. I'll keep you posted..
