Spasms!

Hi All

im suffering terrible stomach spasms

i dont know if its to do with constipation or something serious

Anyone else experience really painful stomach spasms lasting for days?

    hi sharon whatever this is if sounds incredibly painful! you could try more liquid or fruits or both but ring your doctor, spasms could mean a number of things depending on where you mean by the stomach. do you mean the bowel or the stomach? a lump is not correct you need to sort that out!
