I have just noticed these on the head of my penis and i dont know what they are?

No symptoms whatsoever. I am sexually active, one partner (Hetro) but she doesnt have them. They are only on the head.. Thanks

they flagged my link i tried to send you. Look up balantis. some of the images show the exact same speckled red spots that you have.
