Speech stumbling

I've recently noticed troubles with brain fog and getting my words out, speech stumbling. I have RA and think I might be having onset symptoms of fibromyalgia. I thought fibromyalgia was nerve pain. Does anyone have this issue? How do you talk to your doctor about this or get diagnosed?

    Go to a Rhuemotologist !!!  Very important Dena!!!  They are qualified and they know how to test you .  Without a GP dr.  Putting you through a bunch of testing!!!  If Rheumy says no then go to dr.
