spermatoceletomy

I am recovering from a spermatocelectomy for about two weeks and looking for others who have had the same procedure who can share their experiences. I am still in pain after two weeks. Both testicles are larger than they were before the surgery and the skin looks and feels as if it belongs on the back of an elephant. A drainage tube inserted during the surgery was removed by the urologist two days after the surgery. I was given antibiotics for 7 days and tylenol with codeine and a lot of gauze pads. Urine is still dark in color no matter how much water I drink. Any suggestions?
