Spider bites, staph or MRSA?

emergency room in july given 7 days keflex and bactrim helped some but 2 weeks later follow up primary do tor appt had to still start up and do 10 more days of the same antibiotics sore was not all the way gone on leg but didnt get worse now sept and mew bump/wound second trip to primary 3rd round of just BACTRIM cold compresses, triple antibiotic oument cleaning with dial antibacterial soap but the other day i mixeda teaspoon olive oil with 3 drops of TREE tea OIL I THINK IT IS MAKING A DIFFERENCE!!!!

    I tested negative for MRSA . im using tree tea oil to treat the two wounds the rest of the way to healing those hard dark lumps finished last dose of bactrim two weeks ago. keeping covered up when outside using deet misquito spray keeping nails short to avoid scratching skin if any itches to avoid future celluitis yes..... this has made me a bit paranoid but at least now i know how to care for it blessings,
