Spider vein on gland after psoriasis

Posted , 4 users are following.

I was diagnosed with psoraisis on my penis about 4 years ago. I dont really suffer any flare up now but the texture of the skin never recovered properly (it was left jagged and wrinkly). I was also left with a cluster of purple-ish mark that I think may be spider veins on the gland. I broke up with my girlfriend about a year ago, but i havent been intimate with anyone sine then and I've been really depressed for about my skin on my penis. I wondering if you guys could offer any advice?

Have you had any form of circumcision? Are you currently dealing with a Dermatologist? My thoughts are that you may benefit from getting the opinion of a Urologist - perhaps to do a 'tidy up' of the loose skin. The risk there would be it may reinvigorate the psoriasis but the Dermatologist and the Urologist would be the ones to detail what the options are for you .....

I was circumcised when i was a little boy. The dermatologist signed me off a couple of years ago with a life time prescription of steroids and medical moisturiser. I dont really need the steroid for flare ups of psoraisis, now but still use the moisturiser to help with the texture of the skin. When you say tidy up the loose skin, do you mean the remnants of my foreskin from the original circumcision? Thanks alot for taking the time to reply btw..

The specialists I have mentioned would be the ones to advise you on the feasibility and risks of doing anything to change the way your penis looks .......
