Spinal cord stimulator implant 4th lead and device migration and surgery

Hi all! like so many if you I'm guessing, am in search of hard to find answers. I have had 4 implant surgeries for the SAME device within the last 3 years due to lead migration and device migration that was severe. i have had 3 revisions and then a smaller older version implanted as my last surgery. so from a proclaim unit with burst now to a medtronic chargable unit which is a much older model. Has anyone else had that many revisions? has anyone had that many major migrations? my current implant has migrated down two vertebrae with paddle leads installed, lead insertion site leads have bunched up into a ball and extrudes past my spine and unable to put any pressure on them, device itself has migrated from lower lumbar few inches from spine to my tight flank side. I actually have to charge it from my side rather than on my back as when implanted. I have an incredibly hostile dr who will not answer my questions or concerns. So much more info to share but any similar experiences or information on multiple migrations, experiences from those who have had them removed after several years of scar tissue forming would be appreciated more than i can express.
