Spinal cord stimulator implant post op 3 week concerns

Hello, just had an Abbott SCS permanent implanted. My questions (before i go to the rep) i feel the tingling in my leg but i mainly have lower back pain shouldnt i feel it where the pain is or does it matter? I have the paddle lead so im assuming they could direct the tingling wherever it is needed? It almost feels like when the burst of tingling stops it numbs the area it was tingling thus no pain is felt Also they put mine in the lower back and it feels and looks like i have a hockey puck sticking out of me and hurts to sit and lean back, will that get better? Thanks for the help
