Spinal Cord Stimulator Problems

i have had a spinal cord stimulator put in at the end of July this year to combat nerve damage in my right leg after a big car crash 4 years ago for the last few weeks it has felt like i have a knot in my back around the area the lead will finish around T8 just of to the side dose any one who has one no any thing about this what with corona virus its a night mare to see the doctors.
