Spinal cord troubles...Spinal cord cancer

Hi guys..Im 22 yrs old male in preddy good shape.But in the last few month maybe more then a year im having lump all over my body but mostly at my back spinal cord wich comes with pain and numbness sometimes..Im also having leg pain mostly at night...Of course as many of you here now im convinced that i have spinal cord cancer...But the thing is that im very very young for that kind of stuff...As i was thinking i realize that as a little a fall at the edge of the stairs on my back and i lost my breath for a few seconds but i never got that checked...Should i make a CT skin or ...My GP told me that there is nothing to worry about...My mother also as a teenager had lumps all over her body so its maybe genes or from poor posture...Thanks

    "Lumps all over your body?"  Yes definitely see a doctor and find out what's causing the lumps!

    Have you really got visible lumps all over your body, or do you have pain that feels like you do?

    If you fell and pulled your back muscles, this is possibly what is causing the pain.
