spinal stenosis and sciatica are extremely bothersome

I am wondering if any patients have taken medicine for this and has it helped.

Trying to avoid a shot as I have read of many side effects.

    my spinal stenosis and sciatica resolved with laminectomy  surgery

      all pain gone when woke up from surgery      Dr  Gill at UTSW Dallas       the spinal canal on  2 lower vertabra was clogged up        back to soccer ref 6 weeks
