Spinal Stenosis or some kind of nerve damage???

Hello, so over the last few months if I stand or walk for more than 15 minutes my leg or legs go numb. What happens is all of a sudden they feel like they are going to buzz away, at times I get an icy cold feeling and they feel like and have given out twice. It is just like BAM! When it occurs it scares me and I will do or say anything to be able to get to a chair. After a few minutes it subsides but if I don't rest long enough it happens as I try to get up. This is driving me crazy! I do have an appt with a Neuro next month. Just curious if this sounds like s stenosis or if anyone has any ideas.

I have small fiber neuropathy, diabetes (numbers in great control!) Sjogren's Syndrome, Hidradenitis Suppurativa.
