Spinal stimulator

Hi to everyone, has anyone tried or know about spinal stimulator for pherial neurpathy syndrome, I've been doing some research but find it better for people who have knowledge etc with this operation

    Hello again mate. I think what you are referring to is the surgery I'm waiting for at the the moment. DRG (dorsal root ganglion) to the thoracic area of the spine, which relates to the pain in my ribs. I have had my MRI which showed an undeveloped vertebra but higher up the spine which they reckon is not related to my pain, but it could be involved, got to see what the doc says. I will keep you informed.

    Hey, I had tried the boston scientific scs for my chronic abdominal pain. unfortunately, it didnt work for me at all on the trial period. The doc then wanted to try another type, using a different algorithom, but i declined. I am seeing another pain doc and we had briefly discussed Stim Wave modality, and will be seeing him again for more discussion of it. Maybe you mght get more insight into scs from the mayo clinicpain forum. Hope i helped a bit and good luck.

    Thanks to both of you for your replies, I really want this pain to go away, am I looking for something that might not be there, the scs procedure seems to be my next thing to look at, I just would like to know what to expect if I go down that route
