Spine clicks

I get a "click" sound from my upper spine. It happens when I turned my head.

I get a pain about shoulder level but it goes away when I turn my head sharply,

it often happens when I go to bed. A year ago I had spinal surgery, they replaced

my L4&5 vertebrae with surgical cement. That cured my lower back pain but

after being discharged from hospital the neck issue started. My problem is aggravated

by use of a walker but I can't walk without it yet. A heating pad eases but I'ts not

a cure.
