Spiriva Side effects

Can anyone tell me if they have experienced any side effects from taking Spiriva, especially any urinary ones.  

It is my husband not me taking the spiriva. As he already has an enlarged prostate and has regular psa testing, he did ask the doctor before starting the spiriva for asthma/copd, as the leaflet did mention about asking the doctor if you have prostate problems. He was told it was ok to use and just to tell the doctor if he had any increased urinary symptoms, which he has not. Recently he had is yearly PSA test which he has been having for around 14 years.

Don't know if you are familiar with this blood test, but above normal levels can be from prostate cancer or other benign causes. The test is prostate senstive rather than cancer sensitive. The level has risen considerably and he is seeing the urologist next week. Over the years he has had a mri scan and 2 biopsies as his levels were always higher than normal. There is some info on line which says spiriva can cause the spike in psa, although our gp says no it can't. Obviously he will mention this to the doctor at the hospital. Was just interested to know if anyone might say they had had a rise is levels whilst taking this inhaler. Thank you for your interest.
