Splinter Hemorrhages

Basically the past few months i've been somewhat of a hypochondriac I think, I never used to be like this. But about 3 months ago I started getting Splinter Hemorrhages on my ring and pinky finger only in both hands, when it started it was bad with about 3-4 on each finger in the middle of the nail bed , this seems to have subsided and now its the occasional 1 on my pinky finger and 1 on my toe. So when googling it says Endocarditis and i've been trying to reassure myself as I have been at the doctors a month ago and got an ECG which showed up fine, along with a Complete Blood Count test which came back fine, urine test fine. Am I crazy in still considering that im ill? Or should I consult further with my GP?
