splitting doses

does anyone split their doses or mirt  half am half pm?

    I never did this, only ever took it on a night time, splitted the doses gradually during the taper.

    I split a 15mg. So I only take 7.5mg at night. Mainly using it for sleep. Healthier than sleep aids. The weaker the dose it will be easier to stop some day. I was off for 4 months but the insomnia came back at that everything worse.  Better this way for now; maybe a long time unless I start working graveyard shift.
