splitting during sex and bm

i split during sex at the entrance of my vagina. i was refered to a specialist and he diagnosed me with vulvodynia and vulvar vestibulitis (all std swabs and blood tests were neg) and he noticed my skin thinning at my opening which is odd since im only 19 however i have a thyroid disorder. i also get painful cuts around my anal area after some bowel movements. my specialist thinks this is a chronic unknown allergy, but i am wondering if its LS. i dont get any white patches whatsoever. just thinning, tearing skin. any opinions?

Ask for a referral to see a specialist. They are obviously unsure and it shouldn't be left until you have a definite prognosis. don't be fobbed off.

Hi Nicole, as deethebee asserts, don't be fobbed off with what the first specialist has told you, and more importantly, is allowing you to suffer from. (I am presuming you live in the UK!)
The Specialist you need to see in a Vulval Skin Disorders Specialist - most of these are attached to either Gynaecology or Dermatology Departments. Many UK NHS Departments offering this specialisms have their information online so you can check them out for yourself - simply use the terms: - the name of your region in which you live, or perhaps nearest major city nearest to you - Vulval Skin Disorders - NHS
Should this be where you have been referred to already, I would look to go to a different one, or at least ask for a second opinion from another Specialist in the same Department ....... Good Luck ......
By the way, everyone in the UK has the right to see any type of specialist for whatever disorder or illness they are suffering. So, if you can get a Specialist recommended to you and they are not near to where you live, you can ask your Doctor / GP to refer you to that specialist - just the inconvenience of needing to travel to another area of the country, most likely. But you are young and you simply cannot put up with having to deal with this severity of symptom for very much longer !!!
