Splitting sertraline - 10/15mg difference?

Hi guys,

I was prescribed 100mg sertraline around a year ago. For the first 8/9 months the tablets were scored down the middle and so they always split perfectly in half; I would take one half each day, therefore being a 50mg dose, as I found this dose worked best when previously taking sertraline.

However, I started a new brand of sertraline at a different pharmacy and these are not scored. Thinking nothing of it I split them all and put them in my tablet organiser, mixed up.

I have just now realised though they're not split perfectly evenly. To make things worse, I mixed them up, so it's not like I can take a matching pair over two days!

Some are about 20% bigger than other tablets. This stresses me out quite a bit; am worried about what the effects of maybe taking 40mg of sertraline one day and 50mg the next, or one 60mg tablet and another 60mg tablet the day after, if that makes any sense?

Would these <10mg or so variations make any difference, i.e. affect my experience on sertraline?

I think my best option may be to talk with my doctor about going down to a 50mg dose altogether, but I'm not sure.
