Hang in there Rosanna....Jennifer's definitely right it's just ups and downs with the virus - when you have a bad day or few days or spell it doesn't mean you're back to the start again - that can't happen because of how the virus works and it's usually just your body getting to grips with another part of kicking it out for good...so just take it easy and remember this won't be anything like the start and you're still making overall progress - just zig-zag sometimes unfortunately but you will come back up again.

Thank you the main thing out of all this that worries me is my neck! The pain and the warmth 😭 I can't seem to find anyone else who had a warm neck making me think it's something else! Xx

Yes I have had the warmth!! It’s lole it’s almost hot all the way up my head starting with my neck!! Mine comes and goes!! The main thing is don’t stress, this virus feeds off stress!! I know it sucks just know that  it’s all part of it!! You will have some symptoms come and go and then have brand new ones!! Just deep breaths!! I take s warm bath when I get that feeling and my neck hurts soo bad and that seems to help me relax!! Hang in there!!

I still have it on and off but the neck pain is still there!! It’s like it’s settled in my neck or something!! And Is the weirdest pain ever, it’s like my neck feels full or swollen and then that is when I have the throat issues but I can’t feel any lymph nodes except the one I had behind my ear that came and went!! I’ve had this since June and I have had some good days but the bad always out weigh my good ones!! Ive also had eye pain since day 1 which also comes and goes!! How long have you been suffering from this??

I struggled with a swollen lymph node in my neck throughout, it felt so painful and uncomfortable at times, and got worse when i was stressed and fighting other infections. The glands in there can definitely cause the warmth and the discomfort for sure, please be reassured about that but of course do see the doc if you are concerned but it's most likely just part of the symptoms.

The worst part of mines went on for about 10 months.....it was then I really seen a turning point and felt I could start to cope with things a bit better, thanks to God. I'm just hoping and believing in your recovery today still.
