Hi, Lyn...Just want you to know that you are not alone.  I have scoleosis, spinal stenosis, and five degenerative discs.  I used to be very active, and would walk three miles a day..Now, I'm in pain almost all the time.  I take Tramadol, and it helps a lot, but makes me very tired and forgetful...Sometime I will have a whole day without pain, and it makes me so grateful, but the pain comes back with a vengeance.  I have had four or five radio frequence oblasions, but it lasts for about four months, and pain is back again.  I'm so sorry you are in pain all the time.  Just hang in there with me, and pray that it gets better.  I also take Lyrica on occasion, but that messes with my kidneys...Good luck, and Merry Christmas!!

Thanks for the message, today I actually pushed myself to go out to the shop and even managed to eat some dinner which on many days I don't feel hungry, not sure if it's the condition the pills or just the anxiety of it all. My favourite time of day curled up on sofa taken meds and have hot water bottle.... Merry Christmas carole
